Cloviz ("Uygulama"), Bloom Games ("Geliştirici") tarafından geliştirilen ücretsiz bir kart oyunudur. Gizliliğiniz bizim için önemlidir. Bu politika, Uygulama'nın hangi verileri işlediğini açıkça anlatır. Kısa özet: reklam yok, analitik/takip yok, hesap yok, veri satışı yok.

Ayarlarınız (takma ad, ses, titreşim, oyun hızı, zorluk, dil) ve oyuncu kimlikleri yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklanır. Bu veriler Geliştirici'ye gönderilmez. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu veriler tamamen silinir.
Uygulama reklam ağı, analitik aracı, sosyal medya SDK'sı veya takip teknolojisi içermez. Verileriniz hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz, satılmaz veya kiralanmaz.
Çevrimiçi oda verileri geçicidir; oyun sona erdiğinde veya oda kapandığında sunucudan silinir. Cihazınızdaki veriler uygulamayı silmenizle kaldırılır. Herhangi bir veri talebi için bize e-posta gönderebilirsiniz.
Uygulama genel kitleye uygundur ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Takma ad alanına gerçek isim yazılması gerekmez ve önerilmez.

Cloviz (the "App") is a free card game developed by Bloom Games (the "Developer"). Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains exactly what data the App processes. In short: no ads, no analytics/tracking, no accounts, no data selling.
In offline play (vs. bots): No data is collected or transmitted from your device.
In online multiplayer mode: When you join a room, only the following is sent to our game server:
This data is not linked to your real identity; no email, phone number, location or contact information is requested or collected.
Your settings (nickname, sound, vibration, game speed, difficulty, language) and player IDs are stored only on your own device. They are never sent to the Developer. Deleting the App removes all of this data.
The App contains no ad networks, analytics tools, social media SDKs or tracking technologies. Your data is never shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party.
Online room data is transient; it is deleted from the server when a game ends or a room closes. Data on your device is removed when you delete the App. For any data request, contact us by email.
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Using a real name as a nickname is neither required nor encouraged.
Server communication uses encrypted connections. Only the minimum data required for gameplay is transmitted.
If this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
